This very nice house early 60s, surrounded on all sides by a garden with flowers and plants, is located in the center of Ravenna, in a few minutes walk from the famous monuments, bars,
restaurants and shops.
From the garden you go up 10 steps and you reach the entrance and from there to the dining room furnished with a couch, two comfortable armchairs, table, sideboard, flat screen TV. Opposite the entrance is a seating area with sofa, desk, fireplace, TV. Also a dining room with table, chairs and sideboard and a kitchen full of everything. On the same floor there is a small bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a large double bed (or twin) room with wardrobe and cupboard with door to the balcony and two double bedrooms (or twin beds) plus a large
bathroom. The floors, the bathroom, the stairs are made of marble. In the bedrooms the floor is parquet. The windows have mosquito nets.
On the ground floor there is a second wide kitchen with a fireplace to cook on the grill and a large room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Free wifi, garden chairs, parking spaces in the garden, mosquito nets, freedom for coming back at all hours, a large garden with night lighting. Not handicap accessible.
This large house is the ideal accommodation for those who want space, comfort, elegance and silence in the center of Ravenna.
Getting around
A few minutes walk from our holiday home you will find the Basilica of San Francesco (450 mt) and the Tomb of Dante, the Cathedral with the Neoniano (300 meters) and the famous churches with Byzantine mosaics (San Vitale, Mausoleum Galla Placidia, Sant'Apollinare Nuovo).
Shopping streets, typical restaurants to experience the flavors of the place can be reached on foot in a few minutes as it is easy to spend time on the beach (Marina di Ravenna, Punta Marina) or Amusement (Wonderland) reaching these places by car or by bus (bus stop at 50 meters to the train station and all directions).
Location
Our residence is the perfect location for people who want to find a place to stay in the comfort of their own home, for those who want to take care of himself to the nearby Terme di Punta Marina, spend days on the beach of Marina di Ravenna (9 km) and the evenings in the Romagna Riviera. Sailing, sailing school for adults and children, surfing, kyte, parachuting school, riding are available in the nearby Marina di Ravenna and Porto Corsini.

Last but not least, we emphasize that the strategic location of our house makes it perfect for Christmas shopping in the Christmas market of our city and, in summer, to attend the musical events of the Ravenna Festival.
